AI Build & Interiors Connect 2026 Debuts, Showcasing the Future of Smart Construction and AI-Driven Living

Kuala Lumpur, Tuesday, 23 June 2026 – The inaugural three-day AI Build & Interiors Connect 2026 officially opened its doors to the business community today, bringing together more than 18 curated exhibitors, industry leaders, technology innovators and business professionals at CityStage @ KL City Walk, in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's central business district.

Designed as a focused platform for the construction, interior design, smart living and artificial intelligence (AI) industries, the showcase aims to accelerate innovation, encourage knowledge exchange and create meaningful business collaborations through exhibitions, networking opportunities and expert-led discussions on the future of the built environment.

Visitors had the opportunity to explore future-ready technologies, discover emerging industry trends, connect with leading experts and gain valuable insights through interactive exhibitions, AI-IN-ACTION demonstrations and engaging panel discussions.

Welcoming participants at the opening ceremony, showcase organiser and Founder of CityStage KLCC, Dennis Choy, said the event was created to showcase innovative AI-driven building solutions while fostering collaboration among industry players.

"Our aim is to promote knowledge sharing through industry discussions and panels while connecting players across the construction, interior and smart living industries," he said.

Choy added that the showcase also serves as a business platform where brands, suppliers and service providers can establish valuable partnerships and unlock new growth opportunities.

"Our intention is to create networking and business collaboration opportunities while providing a marketplace for brands, suppliers and service providers to expand their businesses," he added.

Bhd., delivered a keynote titled "Architects in the Age of AI and its Relevance in the Fourth Industrial Revolution," highlighting how architects can embrace AI while preserving creativity and sustainable design principles.

Meanwhile, Rajiv Mathew, who brings more than two decades of experience in digital transformation and technology consulting, presented "Adapting and Leading the AI Imperative for SMEs in Construction," offering practical strategies for businesses seeking to leverage AI in their operations.
